The following terms outline our basic billing and service policies. Please familiarize yourself with and adhere to these terms and procedures to ensure that project flow, communication, and expectations are met.
Billing Terms
All work and services are billed on an hourly basis, in minimums of 15 minute increments. Service hours will be billed according to the hourly rate set forth in your project contract.
Invoicing
As of June 2011, all invoices will be sent electronically. If you need a paper copy for your records you can download and the pdf version from your online invoice copy. Invoices are sent on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as outlined in your project agreement for all work and services rendered during the proceeding period, and approved, reimbursable expenses will be invoiced from time to time as they accrue. You can manage your account profile, view past and outstanding invoices, and submit service request tickets, through our online account management system.
Late Payments
Payments are due within fifteen (15) days of receiving an invoice. If full payment is not received within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to remove work from viewing on the internet and/or withhold the provision of further services until payment is received. All invoice payments not received within thirty (30) days are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) late fee for each month the payment is delinquent until payment is received in full. You are responsible for all fees (including all attorney’s fees and court costs) incurred if collection proves necessary.
Content and Assets
You are responsible for providing us with complete text, graphics, audio and video (if applicable) content and concise instructions for all requested work. Work will not be considered subject to turn-around time guarantees and subject for execution until content is supplied in full. If you are unsure about what file types are required for the project, please obtain formatting specifications from us for your material. Supply us with unfinished or partial content can cause significant delays in production.
